How do I place an order?

Do I need to have an account with SWM?

SWM is a wholesale manufacturer, requiring our customers to have an account with us. If you are unable to create an account with us, feel free to call our salesperson Luis Chavez and he will help you find the nearest store that carries our items!

How do I know if my order was confirmed?

If you placed an order online or via email, please look out for a confirmation from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 1 business day, please call us right away.

If you place an order over the phone, we will confirm the order over the phone and process the order right away.

Can I cancel my order?

At SWM we require a 20% restocking fee after production of an item has been started. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away so we can provide you with the best service. We do have the right to void cancellations on custom orders.

Can I have my order shipped?

Currently, we use UPS, FedEx, Affordable Overnight, and Freightquote. For length moulding, we only can only ship your items using Affordable Overnight and Freightquote. We try our best to provide you with the best option regarding price.

What should I do when I receive my order?

Once you receive your order, please check the packaging and moulding right away. Inspect your order to see if you have received any damaged moulding.

What if the moulding was damaged?

If you have received damaged moulding, please take pictures of the packaging and moulding. Email the pictures of the damaged packaging and moulding so that we may file a claim with the freight company. Do not cut or alter the moulding in any way. The damaged moulding may be returned within the 7 days the products arrived at your facility. SWM does reserve the right to refuse any returns and exchanges and is not responsible for the damages caused by freight carriers.
